After finishing his medical residence in London, at the University College Hospital and Hospital for Sick Children, under Dr. D.N. Matthews’ supervision, he continued developing scientific researches. He shares his experience and expertise as the author a number of articles published in books and specialized journals, as well as a lecturer at innumerous national and international scientific meetings and conferences. He has written the chapter “Rinoplastia Primária – Septoplastia” (Primary Rhinoplasty – Septoplasty), in the textbook “Livro Científico da SBCP”(SBCP’s Scientific Book), published by Editora Atheneu,. He has also written the text “The Nasal Tip and The Aging Process – Operative Techniques in Oculoplastic, Orbital and Reconstrutive Surgery”. He was nominated and elected member of ASAPS (American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery). He is also an effective member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), of I.P.R.S. (International Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.) and of R.S. (Rhinoplasty Society).
